Everything we do, everything we create, inspire, or put in to the world directly contributes to the experience we give those around us. It is in those experiences that good design impacts humanity, touches a unique part of the soul, and connects people, brands, cultures, and business in authentic and compelling ways. This is where my passion for multi-disciplinary brand, environmental, and experience design comes from, and why I continuously balance dynamic creative leadership with a sound and connected understanding of the impact design makes on a business.

Over my 20+ year career I have shaped, built, and led creative teams that deliver tangible results, delight users, and win awards, and was honored to be a part of Design/Retail’s inaugural 40 under 40 cohort.

I believe successful creative leadership is as much about creating an environment where good design and creativity can thrive as it is about the direction of the work itself, specially in a creative landscape that requires strong multi-disciplinary teams in a blended physical and digital landscape.
